Shipping policy

All products are shipped through Canada Post, USPS or UPS unless otherwise arranged.  We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping as they are 3rd party services and not within our control.  If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 30 days, URBAN Cottages will ship a replacement, free of any charge, and will place a claim directly with the shipper.  If the supplies required to make a replacement are not readily available, we reserve the right to process a refund. 

URBAN Cottages reserves the right to cancel an order if the cost of the shipment exceeds 20% of the value of the purchase.

Shipping times may vary due to the complexity or size of the order, holidays, unforseen 3rd party delays and URBAN Cottages does not guarantee any delivery times or schedules.
